    I don't want to even give this Brick a 1 star rating. I ordered furniture in mid October for a delivery for November 21. I spent 6 thousand dollars on new furniture. And I've been waiting for a split box spring for my bedroom set since. It is now December 6 and I was told I still won't have a box spring for at least another week. All they care about is your sales here. No updates on delivery status or anything. By the time I receive my box spring it will be at least 4 weeks wait time. Ridiculous

    Purchased a NEW GE stove here on Jan 13th. 4 days after getting it delivered we had to place a service call for a repair - we need 2 new motors on a brand new oven - ridiculous. It has now been 2 full weeks since the service call visit was completed and after several phone calls to The Brick and to GE - still no resolution and no follow-up. Our sales experience at The Brick was good, the follow up service has been terrible, although you don't own the product - you certainly benefit from the sale and I would have expected better follow up service.

    I wish I would of went elsewhere!!!! Me and my husband went to the brick today to buy a chouch they didn't have the one we wanted in the store so we purchased it anyways without seeing it or sitting on it my husband then drove to Mississauga to pick up the couch brought it home and I did not like it at all it look different than it did in the picture I called the brick and ask them if I could just return it and buy a different one they told me no!!! Now I have a couch that I hate and nothing I can do about it !!! I definitely learned my lesson about shopping at The Brick!!

    If I could give this place a zero, I would. My boyfriend and myself have dealt with this particular location of the Brick twice, and both times were horrible experiences. But this time has caused me to write this review. We bought a couch for the Boxing Day sale, and the sales person was lovely.. HOWEVER, the delivery service is garbage. The people who delivered the couch the FIRST time showed up to the wrong location, couldn’t lift the couch and gave up half way through our building before bringing it back to the truck. Later we learned these people did not work for the company and were outside help hired. We rescheduled for the couch to be delivered TODAY and the showed up, called us, we missed the called, couldn’t call back because it was from a no called ID number and they were no where to be seen outside. We were outside within 2 minutes of the call. Called the store, they had no way of contacting them so we didn’t get our couch for the SECOND TIME. No communication, poor customer service through the telephone and just annoying. If this happens again, we will be getting a refund of our money.
