  Basically a discount Sobeys, but prices are more expensive than No Frills, they do have a good ethnic food section though.

  Then the kindest thing happened! The cashier Jonnie Took out her smart phone and Tap paid for the groceries. My son was completely speechless. He told the cashier not to pay for his groceries and she said the kindest two words to him. "Merry Christmas".

  I've been happily using this FreshCo since it opened a long time ago. The produce is good, prices are just as good as anyone else in the area, offers price matching on other sales etc. The location always seems to be kept clean & well stocked as well. Ryan does a great job there & I'll continue to go there as long as I live in the area!

  Every time I’m in there there are no working carts to put my kid in , I physically had to wait the other day for 7 other people to take carts before I could get access to one with a working strap

  There is almost always only 1 or 2 people on cash and I’ve seen the owner Ryan watch us all line up 10 carts deep without even making an effort to call another cashier to open

  I originally started shopping at FreshCo when no frills tried to force me to get their version of a credit card (MasterCard) and stopped taking visa - at that time you were about on par for pricing / selection service etc

  That's when the cashier realized that his debit card was not working properly. It was not insufficient funds the card which is not working.
