  A week ago I went to look at a new sectional. Found one I liked, asked for a price and decided to bring in the wife to see it prior to purchasing. I came back in that weekend with family in tow, made the decision to purchase and was provided a new price 300$ more than originally quoted. The first price was not a sale price. And the second was during their VIP sale. They refused to honour the original price. Will not be returning any time soon.

  We left as she apologize and blamed another person who was apparently sent over who clearly didn't, but she was happy to help us... now. I will not be going back - if that's the standard customer service there, it won't matter as they will inevitably soon be out of busines.

  Walked in with cash to purchase an $800 chair, waited over 30 minutes watching employees walk around, chatting and not one came up to help or even say "hi." After I walked up to the desk that they were all sitting at, I asked if they had a phone number to place an order, she asked if there was anything she could help with.... Thanks but no thanks.

  We had an issue with an appliance that was damaged during the delivery process. After my husband contacted the store's General Manager, and I reached out to Leon's executives, our issue was resolved very quickly and to our great satisfaction. If you have any issues with either the staff or the merchandise you receive from this store, I urge you to take it up with the manager who will make an extraordinary effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

  Extremely happy!! The sales staff were so nice and we had all our stuff delivered 4 days later, they forgot one item but had it delivered in two days and took $25 off for the mistake. The quality and price of the stuff we bought is great.
