  This is always my go to hotel when I am looking to get away and I always have a fabulous experience! The staff is always helpful and the rooms are gorgeous for the price!

  Stayed here last weekend for a wedding. Nick was friendly at the front desk and checked us in quickly. Room was ready early which was nice, considering there were 3 different wedding parties using the hotel that weekend.

  First time I went there I asked the front desk lady ... (believe her name was Susan.) about how much a room would be. Keep in mind that it was 11:30pm at night. She said the best she could do was $250. Kind of seems steep for a last minute stay so I asked if there was anyway I couldn't get a lower rate. Well Susan made it clear that she didn't like this question. She was rude and had an attitude. Best Western Orangeville needs to focus more on customer service. I don't care so much that she didn't want to budge on price ... it was the eye rolling and condescending behaviour I got after I asked.

  Room was nice, beds were comfortable and room felt clean and updated. Our eyes were drawn to an obvious patch in the wallpaper and it was peeling at another seam.

  Lights in the wings were motion activated, so getting off the elevator into a dim hallway until we started walking was unexpected, but not unsafe.

  I would never stay here again. They charged me $250 for being loud. Keep in mind, we’re 30 year olds not 18. We were sitting around chatting listening to music on a phone and having a couple beers. When I complained to head office, the manager lied to head office to try and justify the charge. Which by the way head office had never heard of any best western charging someone for being loud. Susan, the night worker was stalking the guests in the halls. I’ve never been treated so terrible. If you do stay here, take a picture of the room before you leave. Or when you complain they LIE and say you trashed the room. It’s sad really, it’s a small town and people talk.

  I definitely would not recommend staying here. Management as a whole are unpleasant and unwelcoming. Felt like I was spoken down to and disrespected. As for the room, it was rather unkempt. The bed was made poorly, the sheets were sloppy and stained. The shower and toilet had major stains and not to mention there was “waste” in the toilet upon entering the room, causing an awful smell. This will be the last time I stay at this hotel. Poor value for the money...

  Our washroom was also indicative of a high volume room - seat was loose on the toilet, the shower dripped from both the shower head and the faucet (and for some reason, the drain was closed so there was water built up in it when we got in the room).

  The breakfast was OK - standard continental style with coffee, juices, cereal, breads, yogurt, and a 'make your own breakfast sandwich' station with some eggs that looked like they were a little old, spiral ham cut into pieces and homefries. For a free meal it was OK but definitely not enough to make me feel full.

  The room was well ventilated and we slept well. The little coffee maker in the room was nice to put a cup in first thing and the TV had a good selection of channels.
